在還沒申請很早幾個月前，我就已經先練習填好所有表格，但2011年某天卻發現表格變了，我的問題就來了

問網友和朋友，答案都給不一樣，就讓我有點著急，所以今天茄子就打電話去CIC問。




 
  IMM0008   APPLICATION DETAILS (申請人，我)的第4個問題:

Immigration Office requested for processing this application 

(GUIDE是解釋Immigration Office requested for processing of your application. 
Indicate the name of the Immigration Office which serves:
●your country of nationality, or
●the country in which you are residing, provied that you have been lawfully admitted to that country for at least one year


CIC回答:  這是給在境外申請的，所以這題我們可以空白。



 

  同樣是IMM0008 第7個問題:  a) have you reclved you Certificat ...CSQ

CIC回答:我們也是空白，因為我們住在NS (某一省才要填，我不確定名子所以我就不亂回答)



 
 

 


 

  新版IMM1344   SPONSOR PERSONAL DETAIL  (擔保人，茄子) 的第9題問:
 
if you are a permanent resident or naturalized Canadian citizen, provide the following information:
 
a) Date on which you obtained this status(which is more recent) 
b) UCI/ Client ID
c) Full name at the time you became a permanent resident Same as your current full name? 口NO 口 YES

 
(GUIDE 解釋第9題 if you are a permanent resident 
 
or naturalized Canadian citizen(i.e, you came to Canada as a permanet resident and were later granted Canadian citizenship)


CIC回答:這我們空白，因為茄子(擔保人)本身就是加拿大人，不是從PR轉公民。我也是想寫NA (Not Applicable)




 

 另外茄子問他: 我一定要再申請延簽或工作簽或其他等等嗎? 

CIC回答說:You don't have to. 但你要在你任何簽證過期前寄出申請。



我簽證過期了，但是我在簽證過期前已提出延簽，但還沒下來，

    我還是可以申請依親，不需要等到新簽證下來才申請。

 

 

 以上大概是這樣，之前我也問過網友了，但還是打電話給CIC確認會比較保險。
